I have worked with Enono for 3 years and know I will for many more years to come. The leadership and behaviour work that Enono has led in organisations I have worked in has been outstanding. The careful preparation before any intervention is exceptional and vital. The team really gets in and understands the issues being faced taking time to speak with individuals within the organisations to ensure a robust intervention is co designed with the people. The execution of interventions is always delivered to plan but also keeping attuned to organisational pressures and flexing when required. The outputs of Enono’s work is always measurable and the feedback from organisations is excellent…one such example a clinician whom said “this leadership behaviour work should be rolled out to all teams in the organisation”. The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team programme delivered by Enono has broken down barriers, reset opinions and is our catalyst towards becoming a high functioning team. The programme brought the group closer together, promoting a safe environment for challenging discussions. Everything DiSC© provided the theoretical framework for identifying and understanding our differing behavioural styles. This experience really has made a difference and we have become a more effective team because of it.

We have been commissioning Enono since 2019 on a variety of workstreams. The team always delivers so we keep returning! Enono has provided us with support to establish governance processes and formation of our Board. The Enono team goes above and beyond to deliver, you really get a personable service! Our team has also gone through The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team programme which we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. It helped our team to strengthen their connections and relationships!

We have worked with Enono for over a year and commissioned the team to manage some work with our local Training Hubs. Specifically, we asked for help with process of mergers from small local groups to larger County-Wide bodies. We then commissioned Enono to move these bodies into business structures with strong financial, educational, and corporate lines of accountability, whilst retaining their local flavour. Alongside this it was necessary for Enono to help then develop their communications and raise their profiles within the Health Community. The team’s work ethic and commitment to the project has been outstanding. Enono has delivered all the work in a timely manner and is able to highlight where more focused work could be of benefit. Enono is always accessible and keen to help and I have personally seen the team support and promote all colleagues and team in a positive manner. In addition, written reporting is detailed, clear and accurate and extensive experience helps authentic engagement with individuals as well as groups. I would commend and encourage other groups and individuals to work with Enono.

Enono’s consultancy service was of immense help to the practice and partners in a very difficult time for the practice. Lisa is an expert in both the design and delivery of leadership development including board leadership, action learning and psychometrics. Enono have designed and delivered a number of programmes for us and the feedback and evaluation is always excellent. Lisa is highly responsive and attuned to customer needs but also able to really challenge thinking and in doing so guide the design so that interventions are perfectly matched to the presenting need. Lisa is especially skilled in interventions within the Primary Care setting but has designed and delivered for our team across multiple setting including within acute care.
